He would not come do an inspection, I had to send him 15 pictures of the damage. This was being paid for by my insurance and he wouldn’t give me a full price quote for the insurance company could cut them a check. Come to find out I called another company and they were very professional and came and did the inspection and it was 700$ cheaper than Gagnon. Stay away. Salesman just wanted money $$$$
