This was being paid for by my insurance and he wouldn’t give me a full price quote for the insurance company could cut them a check. Come to find out I called another company and they were very professional and came and did the inspection and it was 700$ cheaper than Gagnon. Stay away. Salesman just wanted money $$$$

I was out of town for work in December on a Thursday when my wife called the spring broke on our old door. One call to Gagnon, they set up a meeting for Friday morning the day of their Christmas staff party. We picked out a new door from their very well trained helpful staff and had it installed on the following Monday. Exceptional customer service and a happy wife that could get her car out of the garage !!!! Thank you team Gagnon !!!

Called and got very friendly and professional help with my need. Initially told a day or two for service. Then WHOW, got a call within 1hr that service professionals were available now. They showed up within 15 minutes.
The service personnel were more than helpful in identifying my need and making repairs. The repairs were fast and professional.

I found the opener to be very expensive and when compared to the other opener in my garage it was considerably more noisy. The installer was excellent and completed the work promptly.

The whole process was very painless.
