It was very easy to design and select my door online. I submit a quote request and was contacted almost immediately. The process to order and pay for the door was also seamless. The gentleman who installed the door was fantastic and very knowledgeable. There were some hiccups along the way and he adapted on the fly. My only issues is that I was not given much of a heads up before install- less than 24hrs notice. I have a flexible schedule so I was able to make it work but not everyone can do that.

Dan the service guy was great. However, the software the company uses is ridiculous. I had to pay for the service onsite without knowing what the detail breakdown was before I paid. After I called the office to voice my complaint, I received an email detailing the charges. Except for this ridiculous pay system, I would still hire them again. All good employees.

Everyone we dealt with, from the receptionist to the technician, were knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I both commented how this company seems to try their best to take the least amount of our money possible. They’ve reused our old hardware to avoid charging for parts. In the past they’ve made recommendations over the phone to avoid having to send a technician over, and therefore avoid any charges. I would recommend them to anyone with a garage door!

My Stanley garage door opener finally blew up after 37 years. I 've always contacted Gagnon Door in the past to replace door springs, weather stripping, make adjustments, etc., and was always pleased with their service. "Daniel the Door Tech" showed up to take out the old unit and replace it with a new LiftMaster unit that now works like a charm. Daniel obviously had loads of experience and made quick work of a big job. I would always recommend Gagnon Door for any service work needed. They know how to make it right!

Gagnon installed my garage door 12 years ago. This was the first time we had to have them come out. The technician who came was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly, then he reprogrammed my remotes and checked everything to make sure all was in good working order. I highly recommend Gagnon.
