The door itself is just as ordered and installed well. We requested a service call to deal with a sensor problem that was fixed quickly and completely. We were originally told it was because the old door was taking on water and getting too heavy. However, even with the new door it continues to be a problem. The technician worked on the problem for a long time, even contacting the manufacturer, but it still persists

The weight of the previous door could have been the issue, but it may also be an issue with the operator or that the door is rubbing on the frame somewhere. we will take another look at your door and see if this can be resolved.
