We’re on thelookout for a Garage Door Service Technician who’s as reliable as a perfectly balanced torsion spring.

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Day-to-Day Hero Work):
- Installing and servicing a wide range of garage doors and openers (from squeaky rollers to full replacements)
- Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical and low-voltage electrical issues
- Performing routine maintenance, safety inspections, and adjustments
- Providing awesome on-site customer support — with patience, professionalism, and a dash of good humour
- Lifting, moving, climbing, bending — yes, it’s physical, but never boring
- Hitting the road when needed (company vehicle provided) and taking part in on-call rotations
What You Bring to the Table :
- Mechanical or technical experience — garage door know-how is a bonus
- Great communication skills and a natural knack for customer service
- A self-starter attitude — we love people who take initiative
- Comfortable using a computer and CRM tools (we’ll show you the ropes)
- A Class 5 license, a clean driving record, and a clear criminal background
- Willing to complete certifications like Fall Arrest and Lift Training (we’ve got your back — and your safety)
What to Expect:

- A fast-moving, never-dull workday
- Occasional overtime, on-call shifts, and some travel (always with notice)
