We requested a service call to deal with a sensor problem that was fixed quickly and completely. Another problem was that the door jerks a lot at the bottom on the way down. We were originally told it was because the old door was taking on water and getting too heavy. However, even with the new door it continues to be a problem. The technician worked on the problem for a long time, even contacting the manufacturer, but it still persists
